Digital55Media provides digital marketing, AI communication tools, AI content creation, CRM & BI integration, advertising, video production, and related services. The scope, timeline, and deliverables of any project are defined in a separate written agreement or proposal between Digital55Media and the client. We reserve the right to update or change the services offered on our Site at any time without prior notice.
3. Payments
Unless otherwise agreed, all projects and services require 50% upfront payment before work begins, with the remaining balance payable as agreed in the contract. We accept payments by credit card, PayPal, cryptocurrency, bank transfer, or cash. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and software, is the property of Digital55Media or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the Site or Services without prior written permission. Clients retain ownership of their own data, materials, and trademarks provided for projects. However, Digital55Media retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, unless otherwise agreed.
5. User Content
If you submit content (e.g., text, images, video, data) to Digital55Media, you grant us a license to use, store, process, and modify that content solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed Services. You confirm that you have all necessary rights and permissions to provide such content, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information shared during the course of the project. Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required by law or with prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Digital55Media does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site or Services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or Services. Our liability in connection with any project or service is limited to the amount paid by the client for that specific service.
8. Third-Party Services
